Review admins in 15Five can create, configure, and manage performance review cycles across your organization. In addition to managing cycles, they also have visibility into review results for all participants—making it important to assign this role thoughtfully. Whether you're delegating responsibilities or updating access as roles change, this article walks you through how to add or remove review admins to ensure the right people have the access they need.

Tip

Need someone to help manage just one review cycle? Instead of adding them as a review admin, consider assigning them as a cycle collaborator. Collaborators can view and manage participants, send nudges, and monitor progress—without having access to other review cycles.


How to Manage Review Admins 🧑‍💻

Only Account Admins can be granted review admin permissions. If you need to make someone an account admin, check out this article.

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.

  2. Select "Features" from the dropdown menu.

  3. Open the Best-Self Review® section.

  4. Expand the "Review Administrator(s)" section.

  5. HR Admins are granted Review Admin permissions by default. If you’d like to change this, you can control their access by unchecking the "Automatically include HR administrators as review administrators" setting.

  6. To add a new Review Admin, click into the textbox to view a dropdown list containing all Account Admins. Select the person you'd like to add and click Save.

    Choose whether they should have access to all reviews (past + future) or only future reviews, then click Confirm.

  7. To remove a Review Adminclick the next to their name, then click Save. Choose whether you’d like to remove access from all review cycles or only future ones, then click Confirm.

  8. Your changes will take effect immediately.
