Add or remove cycle collaborators

Cycle collaborators can be added to a specific review cycle to provide additional administrative help to review admins. They can complete cycle setup, monitor review progress through reporting, edit review cycle settings, manage peers for participants, share & finalize review results on behalf of managers, and lock/unlock the review cycle they're assigned as a cycle collaborator for. Cycle collaborators cannot create review cycles from scratch, create/edit question templates, or delete review cycles.

Add a cycle collaborator

During review cycle creation

Review admins have the option to add cycle collaborators to a review cycle during initial cycle creation. Please refer to step #5 of our "Create a Best-Self Review® cycle" Help Center article for more information.

In an active review cycle

1. Click on Best-Self Review® in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation bar to open the review dashboard.
   
2. Click "..." to the right of the review cycle you want to add a cycle collaborator for, then select 'Edit review cycle' from the dropdown menu.
   
3. You are now on the review cycle settings page. From here, scroll down to the 'Cycle collaborators' section and click Edit.
   
4. Start typing the name of the person you want to add as a cycle collaborator and, once their name appears, click their name to add them. Once you've added all desired cycle collaborators, click Save.
   
5. New cycle collaborators will receive an in-app notification and an email notification titled "You were added as a cycle collaborator to an active review cycle" letting them know they are now a cycle collaborator for the cycle.
   

Remove a cycle collaborator from an active review cycle

1. Click on Best-Self Review® in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation bar to open the review dashboard.
   
2. Click "..." to the right of the review cycle you want to add a cycle collaborator for, then select 'Edit review cycle' from the dropdown menu.
   
3. You are now on the review cycle settings page. From here, scroll down to the 'Cycle collaborators' section and click Edit.
   
   
4. Click X next to the name of the person you want to remove as a cycle collaborator, then click Save.
