Once people's reviews are submitted, you as a review administrators or cycle collaborators can view them. Once people's reviews are shared and finalized, you can download or print them. If you would like to view and analyze review data for specific people, you can download or print the results by viewing their specific review page. You can also download the entire company's questions, answers, and summaries using a similar process.
Note
The option to download or print does not appear until the results have been shared AND finalized. The gear icon will not appear for review admins until this step has been completed.
Download or print an employee's summary
1. Click on 'Features' from the left navigation.
2. Click on 'Best-Self Review'.
3. Click on 'Review cycles'.
4. Click on the name of the review cycle you wish to view. (You can also click on the three dots to the right of the cycle name, and then 'View review cycle'.)
5. From the 'Overview' tab, you will see some filters labeled 'Me', 'My team', 'My hierarchy', and 'Whole company'. Depending on your role, you may be missing some of these filters. You can also choose to look at reviews based on Participants or Review writers. These filters are designed to help find the specific person whose reviews need to be saved or printed.
6. Choose your desired filter and check the results.
7. After scrolling down to the 'Review writers' or 'Participants' section, click the '...' next to the employee whose review info you want to download, and then click 'View'.
8. Once the Summary has been shared and finalized with the participant, a gear icon will appear towards the top right of the page, across from the participant's name. Click the gear icon and either 'Download summary as CSV', 'Download summary as PDF', or 'Print'.

Download or print all reviews for all participants
1. Click on 'Features' from the left navigation.
2. Click on 'Best-Self Review'.
3. Click on 'Review cycles'.

5. Find the 'Download' button at the top right of the Overview page and click the arrow to expand your options.
6. What is included in each download?
- Full progress report: includes all submitted reviews, all submitted answers, the time stamps, and information about the participant and their manager
- Peer nomination status report: includes all nominated peers and where they are at in the process, nominated, approved/denied, accepted/declined, removed
- Participants progress tracker: includes information about all participants including who has submitted and not yet submitted reviews about them, as well as the time stamps
- Review writers progress tracker: includes information about all people responsible for writing a review, including what reviews they have already and not yet submitted, as well as the time stamps

7. For downloading the all participant's review results, you will want to use the 'Full progress report' option.
8. Use this report once at the very end of the cycle, or download it a couple times throughout the cycle to stay on top of progress and answers.
