Use the High Fives Feed

The High Fives Feed allows you to see high fives given and received by people in your organization. In this article, we'll walk through how to access and use the High Fives Feed.

The High Fives Feed does not contain private high fives that the viewer was not involved in.

Use the High Fives Feed

To access the High Fives Feed, click High Fives in the left-hand navigation of 15Five.

Once you're on the High Fives Feed, you can do the following things:

Apply filters to the feed

Use the filters at the top of the page to determine which high fives should appear in the High Fives feed.


Filtering options are as follows:

  • People: Company-wide, Group, or Individual.
  • Time period: All time periods, Last week, Last month, Last 3/6/12 months, Custom.
  • High Fives: All High Fives, High Fives received by, or High Fives given by.
  • Hashtag: Options vary depending on company values added for your organization.
Download high fives

Click the Download button in the top, right-hand corner of the High Fives Feed to download a report containing all high fives that match selected filters.

The report contains the following columns: First name, Last name, Employee email, Employee ID, Location, Job title, Job description, Due day, Timezone, Active groups, Strengths, Manager first name, Manager last name, Manager email, Date submitted, Date submitted (ISO), High five, Creator, Company Values.

Give a high five

Use the field at the top of the Feed to appreciate a teammate. Check out our "Give a High Five" Help Center article for tips and best practices on giving effective high fives.

See your personal stats

Check out the personal stat card on the right of your page to see how many high fives you've personally given or received.

See which company value hashtags are trending

The Trending Values Leaderboard shows which of your team's programmed company values are used most in high fives. This leaderboard can be turned on or off in High Fives feature settings.

See who is giving and receiving the most high fives

Use the High Five Leaderboard on the right of your feed to see who is giving and receiving the most High Fives. 15Five's High Five Leaderboard include sections for Most Appreciated and Top High Fiver, and the boards adjust as you change your High Five filters. This leaderboard can be turned on or off in High Fives feature settings.

Run a Custom Report on High Fives

If you'd like to pull data from the past or run a full High Five report, click Go to Custom Reports below the Leaderboard to open a shortcut to the Custom Reports tab. Learn more about running a custom High Fives report.
