15Five allows you to integrate with Google Calendar and schedule 1-on-1s directly from the app. Before you can start scheduling, the Google Calendar integration needs to be enabled. Enable Google Calendar
- Click on the Settings gear in the top right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select 'Integrations' from the dropdown menu.
- Click on 'Enable' to the right of the Google Calendar option.
- Click Enable Google Calendar.
- Enabling Google Calendar here will enable it for everyone in your company. Once the integration is enabled, employees will see the option to connect their calendars. If you'd like to connect Google Calendar for all employees in your company, continue following the steps below.
Connect Google Calendar for all employees
Part 1: Initial Setup in the Application
- Click on the Settings gear in the top-right corner of your application.
- From the dropdown menu, select 'Integrations.'
- Find the Google Calendar option and click โManageโ to the right of it.
- Copy Authorized Scopes and Client ID from the integration page.
This action gives you necessary information to connect calendars at a company level, but you must complete the next steps to authorize it.
Part 2: Google Super Administrator Authorization
This is the most crucial step for company-level integration. It grants 15Five google calendar service account the authority to act on behalf of the users in your Google Workspace domain. This step requires Super Administrator access to your Google Workspace account.
- Log in to your Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls.
- Under the "Domain-wide delegation" section, click Manage Domain-Wide Delegation.
- Click Add new.
- Find your service account's Client ID. You can find this in the Google Cloud Console under IAM & Admin > Service Accounts. Click on your service account to see the details.
- In the "Client ID" field, paste the Client ID you just copied. Similarly, In the "OAuth Scopes" field, paste all of the comma-separated scopes you copied.

Click Authorize.

Once you complete these steps, the Google Calendar integration will be fully functional, and you would have successfully connected calendars of all users in your company.
Disconnect Google Calendar for your company
- Log in to your Google Workspace Admin Console.
- Navigate to Security > Access and data control > API controls.
- Under "Domain-wide delegation," find the entry for the 15Five service account and click Delete or Remove.
