See which Check-in questions are being asked π§βπ»
Account admins and direct managers can see and manage questions for individuals using the 'Question preview' tab.
- Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.
- Select "Check-in questions" from the dropdown.
- Open the "Question Preview" tab using the top navigation.
- Use the "Employee" drop-down menu to find the person whose questions you want to preview.
- Use the "Check-in period" drop-down menu to select the Check-in period that you want to look at questions for. It's only possible to access question preview for current and future Check-ins.
- You are now viewing all Check-in questions (company-wide, group, and individual) for the person and Check-in period you selected.
Tip
Use the left and right arrows next to the "Check-in period" drop-down menu to navigate between questions for previous or upcoming Check-in periods. To view questions for the current Check-in period, click Current Check-in.
- Click Show question details to see more details about each question, including question audience, type, frequency, and required/optional status.
- Add a question for the individual by clicking Create a new question.
- Edit, deactivate, or delete a question by clicking ββ¦β to the right of the question.
- Selecting Edit question will open question settings so you can make desired edits.
- Selecting Deactivate question will remove it from the Check-in.
- Selecting Delete question will permanently remove the question from Check-ins and 15Five. This action cannot be reversed. We suggest only deleting questions that no one has answered, as deleted questions will no longer appear on the "Manage people" page and can no longer be reported on in Check-in Reporting.

Submitted Check-ins that contain a question that you edit, deactivate, or delete will not be impacted. If you edit a question after someone has submitted their Check-in, the question will not be updated for them.

Deleting a question removes it from Check-ins and 15Five entirely (including reporting), and the action cannot be undone. Submitted Check-ins with the question will retain it and its responses. As an alternative, you have the option to deactivate questions, which removes them from Check-ins but retains reporting.
