Add a review viewer for a participant

Review viewers get read-only access to a person's review cycle results. You can add global review viewers (visibility into all past, current, and future reviews) or cycle-specific review viewers (visibility into one review cycle only).

Add global review viewers

Global review viewers can see all past, current, and future review results for a person. You can add them via bulk import or from a person's account settings.

⛔️ Required access to Bulk import.
👥 This section is relevant to Account admins.

  1. Navigate to Settings (gear icon, bottom-left) > People > Import.
  2. Create a CSV with two columns: email and review_viewer. List the employee's email in the first column and the review viewer's email in the second. To add multiple review viewers for one person, separate email addresses with a semicolon.
  3. Upload the file by clicking Choose file at the bottom of the import screen.

Add cycle-specific review viewers

Access and availability

⛔️ Required access to Best-Self Review® individual settings.
👥 This section is relevant to Review admins and Cycle collaborators.

Cycle-specific review viewers can only see results for the specific review cycle you assign them to.

  1. Click Best-Self Review® in the main left navigation. If your company has renamed this feature, click its alternative name.
  2. Click the name of the review cycle.
  3. Search for the participant you want to add a review viewer for.
  4. Click ... next to the participant's name and select Edit individual settings.

  5. Scroll down to Who can view reviews of [participant]? and click Edit.

  6. Add the names of the people you want as review viewers, then click Save.
