Compensation feature settings allow you to control who can see the Compensation in 15Five navigation. By adjusting this setting, you can decide whether the Compensation section is visible to admins only, managers, everyone in your organization, or hidden completely.

Configure navigation visibility for Compensation
Follow these steps to control who can see the Compensation feature in the main navigation:
Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
Select Features.
Locate Compensation.
Choose the visibility option for the Navigation item visibility.
Select one of the following options:
- Admins only - Only admins can see the Compensation navigation item.
- Admins + managers - Both admins and managers can see the Compensation navigation item.
- Everyone - All users in your organization can see the Compensation navigation item.
- Disable - The Compensation navigation item is hidden from all users, including admins.
6. Click Save to apply your changes.
