Types of Reports You Can Download
After an engagement survey closes, HR admins can download two types of reports:
- Executive Results Deck (.pptx): A company-wide, presentation-ready summary designed for senior leadership
- Manager Action Summary PDFs: Team-level reports that help managers understand results and take action
These reports are generated using your existing Engage data and are available on demand.

A fully formatted PowerPoint presentation that summarizes company-wide engagement results.
Includes:
- Engagement score and participation rate
- eNPS (Employee Net Promoter Score)
- Engagement trends over time
- Benchmark comparisons
- Key drivers of engagement (strengths and opportunities)
- Manager effectiveness insights
- Custom survey question results
Note
The deck is editable, so you can adjust messaging as needed. 15Five branding and disclaimers are included in the template.
Manager Action Summary PDFs
Individual reports for each eligible manager, focused on their team’s results.
Includes:
- Team engagement score and participation
- eNPS compared to company average
- Manager effectiveness insights
- Top strengths and opportunities
- Recommended actions based on results
- Custom survey responses
Note
Reports are generated only for teams that meet your company’s confidentiality threshold. HR admins download all reports in a .zip file and share them with managers.
How to download reports
- Click Surveys in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select Engagement.
- Select a closed survey campaign
- Click Download
- Choose:
- Executive Results Deck, or
- Manager Action Summary PDFs
- Once ready, your file will be available to download
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)
Immediately after a survey campaign closes. The download button appears in Engage > Campaign Results for that campaign.
Generation is asynchronous. Most decks generate in under a minute. You will receive an email notification with a download link when your file is ready.
- Is the user's role an Engage administrator or similar leadership role?
- Are you impersonating an employee? The action is blocked for employees.
