Disable or manage performance review email notifications

Two performance review notifications can be turned off: the kickoff email and the peer nomination due reminder. All other review notifications cannot be disabled.

Before You Begin

  • You must have account admin permissions to manage company notifications.
  • The kickoff email can only be disabled before a review cycle launches. It cannot be recalled after launch.

Disable the kickoff email

  1. Begin creating or editing a review cycle.
  2. Navigate to the final stage of the review cycle setup (Summary & Complete).
  3. Locate the Send Kickoff email option.
  4. Uncheck Send Kickoff email.
  5. Complete and launch the review cycle.

Disable the peer nomination due reminder

This notification sends 3 days before the peer nomination deadline. Account admins can turn it off for all review cycles from the company notifications page.

  1. Log in as an account admin.
  2. Navigate to Company Settings.
  3. Select Notifications.
  4. Locate Reminder to nominate peers for review, 3 days before nomination is due.
  5. Uncheck the option.
  6. Save your changes.
