How to view your campaign response rate 🧑‍💻

15Five makes this easy by showing both your organization-wide response rate and a group-level breakdown so you can quickly spot participation trends and know where to focus your efforts.

  1. Click "Surveys" in 15Five's main navigation menu, then select "Engagement."

Tips for improving response rate

Target communication to low-responding teams 🎯

Check the Campaign Progress table to see which groups are lagging behind. Reach out to their leaders directly and ask them to reinforce the importance of the survey. A quick Slack message or team shoutout can go a long way in prompting action.

Reinforce the message during meetings 📣
If important team and company meetings occur on different days, make sure the survey is included on agendas throughout the week the survey is taking place.
Send reminders 📬
While 15Five automatically sends reminder emails to employees who haven’t completed the survey, you can supplement this with a custom message from leadership or HR. A short, personalized email or Slack announcement can be especially effective when timed mid-way through the campaign. Check out our email template for final day of engagement survey communication for inspiration.
Create space for employees to participate ⏱️
Time is one of the biggest barriers to completion—so remove it! Encourage managers to give their teams 7 uninterrupted minutes at the start of the day to complete the survey. You can even suggest they mention it during 1-on-1s or team syncs to help employees prioritize it.
Make it fun with friendly competition 🏆
Consider adding a little motivation by gamifying the experience. Post team response rates in a company-wide channel and offer a small prize—like lunch on the company or a shoutout from leadership—to the first group that hits 100% participation. Just be sure to keep the tone light and positive so it feels encouraging, not pressuring.
