This checklist is your guide to make sure everything is ready for the assessment launch day.
Access and availability

DATA NEEDS:
The employee data for the assessment is due two (2) days before the assessment start date. If you need extra help, reach out to our Support Team at support@15five.com.
- Manage employee data via bulk import - Download your data template by going to Settings > Employees in the Insights Dashboard. You can add or update data in the spreadsheet, attach the file in the dashboard, and our team will import those updates.
- Manage employee data in the dashboard - You can also make edits to employee data directly from the employee list in the Settings > Employees section in Insights Dashboard.
- Plan for the Rule of Five - Keep in mind the Rule of Five when selecting the groups that will be included in the survey results.
COMMUNICATIONS:
We recommend sending an announcement to employees 1 week before the assessment start date.
ALLOWLISTING:
Complete before the assessment start date.
Ask your IT folks to update their allowlist - simply send them this guide!
You can check that it is set up correctly by clicking the View Details button for a scheduled assessment. Scroll to the Assessment Notifications section and click the Send Test Message button. You can select a People Insights user and send a test message to verify that emails are being received.
