Emails and IP addresses for deliverability
A critical step to ensuring assessment success is making sure that the assessment emails don’t end up in your employees’ spam folders, as this can negatively impact response rates and result validity. For those delivering surveys to corporate email addresses, please consult with your IT team to add the following sending addresses and partner domains to your allowlist:
- surveys@15five.com
- support@15five.com
- *.15five.com
If your email service requires IP-level allow listing, here are the IP Addresses that the invitations will originate from:
IP | Hostname |
192.174.93.53 |
mta-93-53.sparkpostmail.com |
192.174.93.52 | mta-93-52.sparkpostmail.com |
147.253.223.127 | mta-223-127.sparkpostmail.com |
147.253.223.126 | mta-223-126.sparkpostmail.com |

URLs for survey access
To ensure survey success, it's also vital that employees can access the survey URLs. For those delivering surveys to employees who may be using computers that have internet access blocked, please consult with your IT team to add the following URLs (both http and https) to your allowlist:
- amazontrust.com/*
- fonts.googleapis.com/*
- *.ss2.us/*
Test the deliverability of campaign notifications
Available to Engagement Admins.
Before your campaign's start date and time, we suggest testing the deliverability of campaign notifications to confirm participants will receive them.
- Click Surveys in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select Engagement.
- You'll be directed to the Engagement Overview page in 15Five. From here, scroll until you find your campaign and click on its name to get into the campaign editor.
- Scroll to the "Campaign schedule & reminders" section of the campaign details page, and select Send test notification.
- Select the individuals to whom you want to send a notification, and then click Send.
- If the recipients don't receive the test notification, check out our "Add Engagement emails and domains to your allowlist" article for a list of IPs and URLs that should be added to your allowlist. If you still need support, please reach out to our Support Team.
