What is 15Five's Academy?

15Five’s Academy is a series of on-demand courses that help Admins, Managers, and Employees get up and running in 15Five through short, impactful multimedia lessons. Each lesson delivers a mix of short videos, written content, and knowledge checks to help account admins maximize their 15Five journey.

Access the Academy

You can easily access the Academy via Single Sign-On (SSO) using your 15Five credentials. With just a click, you'll be on your way to enhancing your knowledge and skills!

1. Log in to your 15Five account.
2. Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
   
3. Select '15Five Academy' from the dropdown menu.
   
4. The Academy will open in a new browser tab. From here, select your role.
   
5. Select your desired learning method. You can read through the available options below:
   
   Employees

   Employees can choose to learn using the following methods:

   • Employee Product Courses: Select this option to access guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five Platform.
   • Live & On-Demand Employee Training: Select this option to access a live or on-demand core platform training, hosted by our Product Training Team. This training is designed to help employees and managers understand and leverage 15Five's Core Platform features.

   Managers

   Managers can choose to learn using the following methods:

   • Manager Product Courses: Select this option to access guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five Platform.
   • Live & On-Demand Manager Training: Select this option to access a live or on-demand core platform training, hosted by our Product Training Team. This training is designed to help employees and managers understand and leverage 15Five's Core Platform features.
   • Microlearning [Available to managers in organizations on 15Five's Total Platform package]: Select this option to open Transform Microlearning— a collection of bite-sized, research-backed video courses designed to enhance manager effectiveness. Learn more about Microlearning.

   Admins

   Admins can choose to learn using the following methods:

   • Admin Product Courses: Select this option to access guided courses focused on specific areas of the 15Five Platform.
   • Live On-Demand Admin Training: Select this option to access live and on-demand trainings hosted by our Product Training team.
   • Learning Paths: Select this option to access learning paths– collections of courses that teach you how to utilize the features included in your pricing plan (Engage, Perform, or Total Platform).
