Calibrations in 15Five allow designated calibrators to see the distribution of review ratings across team managers and adjust those ratings in real-time. In this article, we'll walk through how to download a CSV or XLSX file containing calibration session data. This download can serve as a helpful record of what changes were made in a calibration session.

Access and availability

Download calibration session data

  1. Click on Best-Self Review® in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation. If your organization has renamed the performance review feature, click on its alternative name.

  2. Click on the name of the review cycle you want to access.

  3. You're now on the review cycle's overview page. From here, open the Calibrations tab using the navigation at the top of the screen.

  4. Open the calibration session you want to download data for by clicking its name.

    Tip

    If no calibration sessions exist for the review cycle, you can create one by following these steps.

  5. Scroll down to the "Private manager assessment answers" section of the page and click Download at the top of the box. You have the option to download data in a CSV or XLSX file.

  6. This download contains the following fields: Employee email, First name, Last name, Employee ID, Active groups, Manager first name, Manager last name, Manager email, Calibration session, Is in active session (Yes/No), Question, Original answer, Calibrated answer, Original answer respondent, Calibrated answer contributor, Original answer timestamp, Calibrated answer timestamp.
