Learning Tracks in Transform are curated multi-course experiences that go deeper into the skills, practices, and scenarios that managers need to be effective leaders. Building on foundational skills, Learning Tracks help managers to hone and develop their craft in specific growth areas.
The Setting Goals learning track focuses on developing proficiency in the competency of setting, aligning, and achieving team goals. This track includes 3 courses: Setting Goals That Matter, Socializing & Refining Goals, and Managing Goal Progress.

New Transform Course: Managing Goal Progress
Managers who are assigned Transform seats can access a new on-demand course.

Goals exist in a changing world. Effective managers are not only skilled at setting goals, but in consistently managing goal progress over time. In this new course, managers will learn how to establish a conversational cadence for discussing goal progress as a team. They’ll also learn how to address and resolve roadblocks collaboratively, lead retrospective meetings to surface wins and learnings, and ensure goal-setting improves each cycle. This course is also included in our new "Setting Goals" Learning Track.
Learning outcomes for this course are:
- Develop a structured team progress meeting plan to track goal progress effectively.
- Learn how to personalize your communication for different stakeholders and leaders.
- Apply the Fierce Conversation model to collaboratively address roadblocks and expedite progress.
- Conduct “retrospectives” to celebrate wins, learn from challenges, and rally team members around new goals.
