Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

The "Demographics & People Data" is currently greyed out. How can I make it usable?

If the Demographics & people data filter appears grayed out, that means there was no demographic data in the system when the review cycle began. But don't worry, if you've uploaded demographic attributes since the review cycle began, you can refresh the demographic data so that you can filter results by demographic data.

  1. Navigate to the review cycle's Overview tab.
  2. Click the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of the page.
  3. Select "Refresh demographic data" from the dropdown menu.
