Your Profile in 15Five is a collection of information designed to help you foster meaningful connections and access your 15Five activity, wins, challenges, and career information. This article walks through how to fill out your profile. This is a necessary step before your manager can hold a Best-Self Kickoff meeting with you, and is also helpful for sharing vital information about your work preferences with colleagues.

Complete your profile

  1. Click on your avatar in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five to open your profile.

  2. Using the navigation at the top of the page, click on the 'About' tab.

  3. You're now on your profile, which contains the following sections:
    • About: Sharing interests you have outside of work can help you connect with others on your team.
    • Strengths: Identifying your unique strengths can help you find ways to learn on them more in your role.
    • Doing my best work: Sharing the type of work that brings you job can lead to more of those opportunities.
    • Preferences: Sharing how you like to collaborate will set your work relationships up for success.
    • Growth & development: Share your career vision to get the right support as you aim for your goals.

  4. Click Edit next to any section to fill out your answers.

  5. Answer the research-backed questions, saving your changes as you go.

    Note

    By default, the answers you give to these questions can be seen by anyone in your organization using the company directory. To mark an answer as private to your manager, click the lock icon to its right.
