How to request Spanish language access for surveys πŸ§‘β€πŸ’»

Reach out to your designated Customer Success Manager (CSM) or Account Manager (AM) requesting that Spanish language access be enabled for surveys. If you don't have a designated CSM or AM, please request access from our Support Team.

What happens next? 🐾

Once our team has enabled the Spanish option for your organization, if you include the Core EngageSurvey in an engagement campaign, respondents will initially receive the survey email in English. When respondents click the survey link, they’ll be directed to the survey page in English. On this page, they can select "Spanish" as their preferred language.

Selecting "Spanish" will instantly translate the entire survey to Spanish for that session. From that point forward, any respondent who selected Spanish will receive both the survey email and the survey itself in Spanish.
