Important
Spanish must be enabled by 15Five Support at the organization level. Admins can’t enable this in-app.
How to request Spanish language access for surveys 🧑💻
- Submit a request to Support asking to enable Spanish for the Core Engagement Survey.
Core Engagement Survey includes: Total Engagement (comprehensive), Engagement Score (7 core statements), Engagement + Drivers (17 drivers), Manager Effectiveness, and eNPS surveys.
Custom questions must be translated manually.
Timing note (important): Enablement must happen before you confirm a campaign.
If your campaign is already confirmed, unconfirm the campaign first so the change can apply. After Support enables Spanish, you can reconfirm the campaign.
What happens next? 🐾
Once our team has enabled the Spanish option for your organization, if you include the Core EngageSurvey in an engagement campaign, respondents will initially receive the survey email in English. When respondents click the survey link, they’ll be directed to the survey page in English. On this page, they can select "Spanish" as their preferred language.
Selecting "Spanish" will instantly translate the entire survey to Spanish for that session. From that point forward, any respondent who selected Spanish will receive both the survey email and the survey itself in Spanish.

Spanish is not currently available in any surveys besides the Core EngageSurvey. However, you can add Spanish-language questions to your campaign with custom engagement surveys.
