Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ❓

What team impact goals can I select from for my 1:1 coaching session?

15Five helps organizations drive the outcomes that matter most to your business and your people: maximizing employee performance, increasing employee engagement, and decreasing regrettable turnover.

For your coaching session, you'll be guided to choose which of these outcomes you want as your "team impact goal," aligning your efforts with the key impact you want your newly developed skills to have on your team.

  • Engagement: Employee engagement is "an employee’s intellectual and emotional connection with their employer, demonstrated by their motivation and commitment to positively impact the business’s vision and goals."
By focusing on engagement, you cultivate a work environment where employees feel valued and connected to the company’s mission. This leads to increased job satisfaction, higher levels of productivity, and a more positive workplace culture. Engaged employees are more likely to go above and beyond in their roles, contribute innovative ideas, and remain committed to the organization, ultimately driving the company's success.
  • Performance: Employee performance is "an employee's consistent and effective contribution to their role and responsibilities within the organization, demonstrated by their ability to meet or exceed performance expectations, contribute to the achievement of the company's objectives, and consistently deliver high-quality work that positively impacts the organization's overall success."
By focusing on performance, you foster a culture of excellence where employees are motivated to achieve their best. This emphasis on performance ensures that team members are aligned with the company’s goals, continuously improving their skills, and delivering outstanding results. High-performing employees contribute significantly to the organization's competitive edge and overall growth.
  • Retention: Regrettable turnover occurs when somebody’s departure from the company negatively impacts the organization, or when a high-performing employee that the company would have liked to keep decides to leave of their own accord.
By focusing on retention, you ensure that your team maintains a stable and experienced workforce, reducing the costs and disruptions associated with high turnover rates. Retention strategies help in building long-term employee loyalty and satisfaction by addressing their career development needs, recognizing their contributions, and creating a supportive work environment. Keeping top talent within the organization strengthens team dynamics, preserves valuable institutional knowledge, and enhances overall organizational performance.
