The following Career Hub-specific reports are available for download:

Growth Plan Data: This report provides a detailed overview of all career goals created as part of growth plans and is ideal for monitoring goal progress.
- The following columns are contained in this report: Objective Title, Owner First Name, Owner Last Name, Owner Email, Owner Employee ID, Owner Active Groups, Manager First Name, Manager Last Name, Manager Email, Start Date, End Date, Parent Objective Title, Impacts Parent Progress, Privacy Settings, Viewable by Groups, Viewable by User Emails, Status, Objective Completion Percentage, Type and Group.
Visibility-wise, this report contains all goals created via Growth Plan. Objectives will only be visible in this report if the admin downloading it has visibility into the objective.

Growth Plan Statistics - Objectives and Key Results: This report helps admins assess overall engagement and performance trends of career goals created as part of growth plans at a glance by providing a high-level summary of objective activity.
- The following columns are contained in this report: Owner Total objectives, Private objectives, Current objectives, Past due objectives, Closed objectives, Key Results, and Last seen.
How to download Career Hub reports 🧑💻
Reporting for Growth Plans is available for Admins in Career Hub Reporting.
- Click Outcomes Dashboard or Dashboard in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation. The option you see in your navigation will differ based on your 15Five pricing plan.
- Open the "Platform Reports" tab using the top navigation.
- Click Explore in the "Career Hub" block.
- You're now on the "Career Hub reports" page. From here, click on the name of the report you want to download.
- The download will begin automatically. If it includes a large amount of data, you'll see a notification informing you that the report will be sent to your email upon completion.
