Key Rules

  • Objective visibility is identical across all three roles — access is governed by objective privacy settings, not reporting role.
  • Check-in comment visibility for Pulse reports is always scoped to whose Check-ins the viewer can access — this applies to both managers and Account Admins.
  • 1-on-1 agenda content is never included in 1-on-1 engagement reports, regardless of role.
  • Company data export is restricted to Account Owners. Account Admins cannot access this report.
  • Global Viewer access can expand an Account Admin's Check-in visibility to company-wide data. Contact your Account Owner to request this.
