Use bulk actions on the "Manage people" page

Bulk actions on the "Manage people" page allow you to change reviewers (i.e. managers), change Check-in due days, set vacations for, or deactivate multiple people at once. This article walks through how to achieve each of these tasks.

Note

Account admins can manage settings for anyone in their organization, and managers can manage settings for their direct reports and anyone else below them in the hierarchy.


How to use bulk actions 🧑‍💻

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.

  2. Select 'People' from the dropdown menu.

  3. You're now on the "Manage people" page. From here, use the "Search for teammate" textbox or "Filter by" dropdown menu to find the people you want to take bulk actions with.

  4. Check the box next to the names of the relevant people.

  5. Click Actions at the top of the page and select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.

    Change reviewer

    If you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select the manager you want to reassign the individuals to and click Change reviewer.

    Change Check-in due day

    If you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select a new due day using the dropdown menu, then click Change due day.

    Set vacation

    If you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Add vacation dates and an optional note, then click Set vacation.

    Deactivate

    If you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select Deactivate accounts.

    If any of the people you're deactivating are managers, you'll also be asked to select someone to take over management of their direct reports:

  6. Your changes will be applied immediately.
