Bulk actions on the "Manage people" page allow you to change managers, change Check-in due days, set vacations for, or deactivate multiple people at once. This article walks through how to achieve each of these tasks.

Note
Account admins can manage settings for anyone in their organization, and Managers can manage settings for their direct reports and anyone else below them in the hierarchy.
How to Use Bulk Actions π§βπ»
- Click People in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation.
- You'll land on the "Manage people" page. From here, use the filters or search bar at the top to find the people you want to take bulk actions with.
- Check the box next to the names of the relevant people.
- Click Actions at the top of the page and select the appropriate option from the dropdown menu.
π€ Change ReviewerIf you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select the manager you want to reassign the individuals to and clickΒ Change reviewer.

π Change Check-in Due DayIf you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select a new due day using the dropdown menu, then click Change due day.

ποΈ Set VacationIf you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Add vacation dates and an optional note, then clickΒ Set vacation.
Note
The sole purpose of vacations in 15Five is to skip Check-ins, not as a point of reference for your team to see when upcoming days off are.

β DeactivateIf you select this option, you'll see the following screen. Select Deactivate accounts.
If any of the people you're deactivating are managers, you'll also be asked to select someone to take over management of their direct reports:
