How to access resources for your review 🧑💻
- Click on Best-Self Review® in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation bar.
- Click on the name of the review cycle you want to write a review in.
- You're now on the review cycle's overview page. From here, open the "Write reviews" tab at the top of the page.
- Use the "Reviews" section on the left-hand side of the page to select the review you want to write. All reviews you're responsible for writing will appear in this section.
- Click View resources at the bottom of the "Review details" section, located under the "Reviews" section on the left-hand side of the page.
- The "Resources for your review" modal will appear on the right-hand side of your screen. Use the dropdown to toggle between specific resources.

The resource types you have access to vary depending on what type of review you're writing (self, manager, peer, upward). Please refer to the FAQs below to learn about what resources are available in each review type.

The "Resources for your review" section may contain High Fives, Wins & Challenges, Objectives, Past Check-ins, Past Reviews, Feedback, and Career Path. That said, the resource types you have access to vary depending on what type of review you're writing.
- High Fives are available in all review types, except private high fives. Private high fives are only visible to the giver and recipient.
- Wins & Challenges are available in self and manager reviews. In self reviews, you'll see wins & challenges you've added for yourself. In manager reviews, you'll see wins & challenges you've added for your direct report.
- Objectives are available in all review types. That said, you'll only see objectives you have permission to view.
- Past Check-ins are available in all review types, given you have permission to view the review subject's Check-ins.
- Feedback is available in self and manager reviews. Managers can only access their feedback if it's been shared with them.
- Career path is available in all review types. This is only the case if the review subject's roles is included in a created career path.
