When you request feedback from your colleagues, you have the option to automatically give your manager visibility into the feedback you receive. If you didn’t select this option initially but later decide your manager should see the feedback, you can share it at any time. Additionally, if your manager changes in the future, you can easily share the feedback results with your new manager by following these steps.
