Managers can modify the target group of an Action Plan

This update gives managers more flexibility to define exactly who their Action Plan is for—so they can take targeted action where it matters most. Released on January 31st.

Managers can now modify the target group of an Action Plan after it’s been created. By default, the target group is a manager’s direct team—but now they can update it to better reflect who the plan is meant to impact.

Target group options include:

  • Entire company
  • Groups within their hierarchy
  • Their own team, or manager teams within their hierarchy
  • Specific individuals within their hierarchy

Recommended Actions Based on Statements

When creating Action Plans based on engagement survey results, 15Five now recommends actions proven to help you reach your goals. Released January 23rd.

After selecting high-impact statements to focus on for an action plan, recommended actions based on the selected statements can be generated upon drafting the action plan. While these actions can be edited or removed before launch, these actions help HR leaders and managers move more seamlessly from insight to action.

Engagement Sunset: Phase 1

Phase 1 of the Engage Portal sunset brings new campaign management and reporting fully into the 15Five platform. Released on January 20th.

In November 2024, we introduced powerful new tools and insights within the Engagement feature, enabling more precise, data-driven decisions to boost employee engagement, productivity, and growth. As part of this evolution, we are transitioning all Engagement capabilities into the 15Five platform, phasing out the legacy Engage Portal.

Here's what was released in Phase 1 of this rollout:

  • No legacy reporting for new campaigns: Legacy reporting options will no longer be available for engagement campaigns that begin on or after January 20th. Legacy reports will still be available for all campaigns that kicked off before January 20th.

  • Manage organization, people, and group settings in 15Five: Many settings that were historically managed in the Engage Portal will now be managed in 15Five, including organization settings, employees, and group management.

Reschedule 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Managers can now reschedule their 1:1 Coaching sessions directly in 15Five—making it easier to stay on track and get the most out of every session. Released on January 17th.

Managers participating in 1:1 Coaching can now reschedule upcoming sessions right from the session detail page in 15Five. When rescheduling, participants can select a new day and time & choose a different coach, if needed. Reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled session time.
