In November 2024, we introduced powerful new tools and insights within the Engagement feature, enabling more precise, data-driven decisions to boost employee engagement, productivity, and growth. As part of this evolution, we are transitioning all Engagement capabilities into the 15Five platform, phasing out the legacy Engage Portal.
Here's what was released in Phase 2 of this rollout:

Create engagement campaigns in 15Five: Engagement campaigns will no longer be created in the Engage Portal. New campaigns will be created within 15Five.

Engagement survey progress tracking
Easily track participation progress in your engagement surveys so you can take targeted action. Released on February 12th.

You can now monitor real-time participation progress directly in 15Five! HR admins can view overall response rates as well as breakdowns by group type—making it easier to:
- Track survey participation as it happens
- Compare progress by group (e.g., departments or locations)
- Target reminders to groups with lower response rates
This update helps you boost participation while your survey is live—so you can reach that magic 70% threshold and gather meaningful insights across your organization.

Lifecycle Surveys
Lifecycle surveys allow HR leaders to continuously diagnose employee feedback at every stage of the employee journey. Released February 6th.

Update the “Receiving Surveys” setting via bulk import
This update makes it easier to manage who receives engagement surveys—so you can save time and reduce manual updates. Released on February 4th.

The "receiving surveys" setting in a user's account settings determines whether or not they're asked to participate in company-wide engagement campaigns. With this release, you can update this field using the "receiving_surveys" column in bulk import CSVs, streamlining the survey management process so you can focus more on driving engagement and less on data entry.

Admin controls for open-text feedback visibility
This new setting gives you more control over who can view open-text feedback in Engagement results. Released on February 3rd.

You can now choose how open-text feedback from engagement campaigns is shared across your organization! A new Engage Feature Setting allows account admins to control whether:
- Only account admins can view open-text responses, or
- Anyone with results access can view them
This update helps you manage confidentiality and transparency based on your organization’s unique needs.
