As an account administrator or reviewer, you can change the Check-in due day for your people. Depending on your company, you might find one due day to be more effective for your organization than other days. You can easily adjust the due day by following the below steps. Only account administrators and reviewers will be able to change due days.
Change an individual's Check-in due day
1. Click on Settings from the left navigation.
2. Click 'People'.
3. Next click 'Manage people'.
4. From the 'Manage people' page, search for the person whose due day you'd like to change and click on their name to open their profile.
5. In the person's profile, use the 'Due day' drop-down menu to select a new Check-in due day.
6. Click Save when you are finished.
Need to change more than one person's due day?
1. Click on Settings from the left navigation.
2. Click 'People'.
3. Next click 'Manage people'.
4. From the 'Manage people' page, find the people whose due days need to be changed. If you are looking for a group of people, you can filter by reviewer or group.
4. Select the people whose due days you want to change, and then find 'Bulk actions' and click Change Check-in due day.
5. Select a new due day using the dropdown menu.
6. Click Change due day.
Change the whole company's due day
1. Click on Settings from the left navigation.
2. Click 'People'.
3. Next click 'Manage people'.
4. On the 'Manage people' page, click the checkbox to the left of 'Name', which will multi select all people on the current page.
If your company has <50 people, you can jump to step 5.
If your company has more than 50 people, you will need step 4.
5. After clicking the 'Name' checkbox, a banner will appear asking if you want to select all # of people in the account. Click the link Select all # people.
6. Use the 'Bulk actions' dropdown menu to change and click Change Check-in due day.
7. Select a new due day using the dropdown menu.
8. Click Change due day.
Note
It's not possible to select a specific due date for Check-ins—only a due day. For example, you cannot set up Check-ins to be due on the 5th and 20th of each month.
