You can open a support ticket with our Customer Support Team via email at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by clicking the orange bubble in the bottom, right-hand corner of your 15Five account and selecting "Contact Support".
Please include a brief description of your issue, along with any relevant context, links, or screenshots. Our Support Team aims to respond to all tickets within 24 hours on normal business days.
