Remove a 1-on-1 from "My 1-on-1s" list

When 1-on-1s with a specific person are no longer relevant— such as those with former direct reports who’ve moved to a new manager or team members from a completed project— you can remove them from your 1-on-1s list. This ensures your list stays focused on the most important and current meetings, helping you manage your time and priorities more effectively.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ❓

How can I add someone back to my 1-on-1s list?

If you remove someone from your 1-on-1 list on accident or 1-on-1s with that person become relevant again, you can bring them back into view by creating a new 1-on-1 agenda with them.

What other options do I have for organizing my 1-on-1s list?

In addition to removing 1-on-1s, you can star, or favorite, them. Starred 1-on-1s are pinned to the top of your 1-on-1s list and marked with yellow stars for easy visibility. You also have the option to delete 1-on-1s that are no longer relevant. Deleted 1-on-1s no longer appear anywhere in 15Five for either participant.
