Following objectives allows people visibility into objectives and key results that they themselves don't own, but may be stakeholders in. This ability is especially helpful for projects that require collaboration and for people who want to stay up-to-date on an objective's latest progress.

Note

Once you've enabled following Objectives, your team can follow objectives using these steps.


Enable/disable the ability to follow objectives

  1. Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of 15Five.

  2. Select 'Features' from the dropdown menu.

  3. Click on 'Objectives.'

  4. You are now on the Objectives settings page.

  5. Expand the "Following Objectives" section.

  6. If you'd like for individuals in your company to be able to follow objectives, toggle this option 'On.' To disable this ability, toggle the option to 'Off.'

  7. When you're done, click Save. Your changes will immediately be reflected in 15Five.

Note

Public objectives can be followed by anyone with Objectives access. 15Five permissions and Specific people/Private objectives can be followed by anyone who has permission to view the objective and has access to the Objectives feature. Learn more about visibility options for objectives.
