Tip
What's next? Approximately 1 hour after your 1-on-1 ends, a summary email with shared notes and action items will be sent to both parties. Once your 1-on-1 meeting is complete, remember to tackle any action items you were assigned during the meeting and mark them as complete. If needed, you can create and schedule a new 1-on-1 with the person to foster a continuous working relationship.
