Whether you're an HR leader, people manager, or individual contributor, the new sidebar menu organizes tools around the work you do to drive impact across performance, engagement, and retention. 15Five’s left-hand navigation menu adapts based on your role in the platform. Whether you’re setting strategy at the organizational level, leading a team, or focused on your own growth, you’ll see a version of the platform designed to support the work you do every day.

HR & Account Admins

As an Admin, you have the most comprehensive view of 15Five. Your navigation is built to help you set strategy, manage the platform, and empower your managers and teams to succeed. Here's what you’ll find in your sidebar:

  • Outcomes Dashboard
    • Dashboard: Monitor key metrics across engagement, performance, and turnover—and understand how they influence one another.
    • Action Plans: Create and manage Action Plans aligned to your organizational goals.
    • Platform Reports: Access key platform reports—including insights from Check-ins, 1-on-1s, Objectives, and more—to stay on top of team progress and engagement.
  • People
    • Manage people: Adjust settings for individuals on your team.
    • Manage permissions: Assign role- or feature-based access to team members.
    • Manage groups: Create, view, and manage groups.
    • Attributes: Create, import, and manage settings for attributes.
    • ImportComplete a bulk import to add or manage employees.
    • Export: Generate a full export of 15Five profile data.
  • Surveys
    • Engagement: Launch, manage, and analyze engagement survey campaigns to understand employee sentiment.
    • Lifecycle: Create lifecycle surveys and view results to support employees throughout their journey.
  • Performance tools like Best-Self Review® and 1-on-1s
    • Best-Self Review®: Create and configure review cycles and templates, participate in reviews, and access review results.
    • Feedback: Share meaningful feedback with peers or review feedback you've received to support continuous development.

  • Manager Coaching
    • Coaching: View coaching data across your org, including session attendance and engagement. If you're a coaching participant, you can also view your own sessions and update your coaching profile.
    • Manage Journeys: Assign and manage learning journeys and on-demand training tracks for managers.
  • Manager Tools
    • Objectives: Create OKRs and monitor progress across current, future, and completed objectives.
    • Check-ins: Complete your own Check-in and review those submitted by others.
    • 1-on-1sAccess and interact with 1-on-1 agendas.
    • High Fives: Recognize and celebrate wins with High Fives, or view the full High Fives Dashboard to see public recognition across the org.

    • Feedback: Share meaningful feedback with peers or review feedback you've received to support continuous development.
  • Tools for day-to-day collaboration
    • Objectives: Create OKRs and monitor progress across current, future, and completed objectives.
    • Check-insComplete your current Check-in and view previous Check-ins to stay connected and reflective.
    • 1-on-1s: Access shared 1-on-1 agendas to prep for and participate in meaningful conversations with your team and manager.

Why did the navigation change in April 2025?

We redesigned 15Five’s navigation to align with how HR leaders and managers Diagnose, Plan, and Act on the most important opportunities in their organizations. Rather than navigating by feature names alone, you'll now find your tools grouped into focus areas that support key outcomes.

The navigation now centers around six pillars:

  • Outcomes – Understand where to focus

  • Actions – Drive targeted improvements

  • People – View and manage your people

  • Surveys – Diagnose what’s happening in your org

  • Performance – Manage growth and development

  • Manager Coaching & Tools – Equip managers for success

This structure is designed to:

  • Help you surface high-impact opportunities faster

  • Make it easier for new managers to find what they need

  • Align your people strategy with business outcomes

Where did Check-ins go?

Check-ins now live under Manager Tools, reflecting their role in enabling ongoing team conversations.

Why group features this way?

This change simplifies the user experience, especially for new managers, and connects tools to outcomes—making it easier to act strategically.

Your access is based on your role and permissions. If something seems missing, check with one of your Admins or reach out to Support.
