Use the Kona Usage Report regularly to ensure managers are not only set up but actively developing in key focus areas.

Usage Report At A Glance 👀
The Kona Usage Report shows manager usage data from the past 30 days, giving HR leaders a quick, actionable view of AI Coach adoption and coaching trends.
To access the report, click Manager Coaching in 15Five's main, left-hand navigation, then select "AI Coach — Kona" from the dropdown menu.
Use this report to:
- Track adoption: See how many/which managers have Kona enabled and have completed setup in the "People" sections.
- Measure coaching activity: Monitor how often managers receive AI-generated coaching tips before and after 1-on-1s and how much time they’re saving in the "Coaching & Time Saved" section.
- Monitor behavior trends: Understand which leadership skills are gaining traction across your organization in the "Manager insight highlights" section.
- Add seats: Purchase additional Kona seats as your needs grow using the "Add seats" button.
- Disable Kona: Remove access for one or multiple managers by checking the box to the left of their name and clicking the "Disable AI Coach" button.
- Change focus area: Adjust a manager’s coaching focus area based on new priorities or performance needs by checking the box to the left of their name and selecting a new focus area from the "Change focus area" dropdown.

The Manager Opportunity Callout highlights managers who would benefit from additional support based on signals from 15Five, including manager tenure, their own performance, and their team’s performance and engagement levels. Use this callout to quickly spot coaching opportunities and prioritize where to focus your enablement efforts.

Manager Stats 📊
Get a high-level view of how Kona is being used across your organization. This section shows manager adoption, onboarding progress, seat usage, coaching activity, and time savings.
It contains the following metrics:
| Managers with AI Coach enabled | The number of managers who currently have access to Kona’s AI Coach. |
| Managers completed setup | The percentage of managers who have completed their Kona onboarding steps. |
| Seats used | Shows how many Kona seats your organization has purchased and how many are currently assigned to managers. |
| Tips received before and after 1-on-1s | The number of coaching insights delivered to managers before or after their scheduled 1-on-1 meetings. |
| Time saved by managers | An estimate of how much time Kona has saved managers by providing automated coaching support. |
Manager Insight Highlights 📈
This section shows which AI coaching focus areas are trending up based on recent manager behaviors. It helps you spot where managers are improving—like giving feedback, setting goals, or leading career conversations.

Drill down into individual manager usage, including:
