    Tip

Filtering helps you prioritize and create more targeted Action Plans based on the specific needs of different manager groups. We recommend beginning with "high urgency" managers.

  5. Review manager-level insights in the Manager Table. Scan through the table to understand each manager’s urgency level, recommended coaching focus, and most recent enablement activity. This gives you a quick, prioritized view of who may benefit most from support.

  6. Get deeper context using Manager Details Panels. Click the arrow to the right of any manager’s name to view their Opportunity Report and MEI Factor Ranking—offering more detailed insight into team health, performance, and leadership behaviors.

  7. Once you've identified which managers need support—whether due to high urgency, low MEI scores, or gaps in performance or engagement—you can include them in a targeted Action Plan to improve their effectiveness.
  8. In the Managers Table, use the checkboxes to the left of each manager’s name to select the managers you want to include in the Action Plan. You can also use the checkbox in the table header to select all managers.
