Billing admins can access the Billing Portal for tasks related to billing without needing Account admin access.
How to access the Billing Portal
- Click the Settings gear in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select "Company settings" from the dropdown.

Open the 'Billing' tab.

If you're an Account admin or Billing admin and don’t see the Billing tab, contact our Support Team. at support@15five.com.
- Click Manage billing details in the top, right-hand corner of the page to sign into the Billing Portal.
