How to access the Billing Portal
- Click on the Settings menu at the upper right corner of your 15Five account.
- Select "Company settings" from the dropdown.
- Open the 'Billing' tab.

If you are an account administrator and do not see the billing tab, please reach out to our Customer Support team at support@15five.com.
- Click Manage billing details in the top, right-hand corner of the page to sign into the Billing Portal.
- Use the Home, Invoices, Payments, and Subscriptions tabs at the top to access and update your billing information.
