This article explains how to resend or reset 15Five invitations, whether for one person or several at once. When new people are added to 15Five, they appear in the "Inactive" tab on the "Manage people" page. From there, you can send initial invitations if they werenโt sent right away, resend invitations that havenโt been accepted, and reset expired invitations (since they expire after 30 days). This article walks you through each of these steps to help your team get started with 15Five.

Note
Account admins can manage invitations for anyone in their organization, and managers can manage invitations for people in their managerial hierarchy.
How to resend or reset invitations ๐งโ๐ป
- Click on the Settings gear in the top, right-hand corner of your 15Five account.
- Select โPeopleโ from the dropdown menu.
- Under โManage peopleโ, click to open the โInactiveโ tab. This tab contains employees who have been added to the platform but have not accepted their invitation, including employees who have not yet been sent an invitation.
- There are three sections in the 'Inactive' tab: Created people, Pending invitations, and Expired invitations. You can manage invites for individuals listed in each of these sections by checking the boxes next to their name(s), clicking the Actions button, and selecting the appropriate action from the dropdown menu.
Created people
The Created people section contains employees whose accounts have been created but are not scheduled to receive an invite email.
- Selecting Send invitation will immediately send an invite email to selected individuals and move them to the "Pending invitations" section of the page. The invitation will expire after 30 days.
Pending invitationsThe Pending invitations section contains employees who have been added to 15Five and have either received an invite email or are queued to receive an invite email on their start date.
- Selecting Reset expiration date will reset the expiration date to 30 days for selected individuals.
- Selecting Resend invitation will immediately resend invite emails to selected individuals.
Expired invitationsThe Expired invitations section contains employees whose invitations were sent and not accepted within 30 days.
- Selecting Resend invitation will immediately resend invite emails to selected individuals and move them to the "Pending invitations" section. The invitation will expire after 30 days.
