    Note

All active accounts are billable, meaning that your company will be charged for every person in the "Active" tab. Check out our "How does adding/removing people impact billing?" Help Center article for more information.

    Inactive
Use this tab to manage invitations to 15Five and change pending employees' seat statuses.

The Inactive tab contains employees who have been added to the platform but have not accepted their invitation, including employees who have not yet been sent an invitation. There are three sections: Created people, Pending invitations, and Expired invitations.

The Created people section contains employees whose accounts have been created but are not scheduled to receive an invite email.

Here, you can achieve the following tasks:

    • βœ‰οΈ Send invitation: When you add a new person to 15Five without sending them an invite, they are added as a "created" user. Use this option to manually send them an invitation when you're ready for them to have access to the platform.

    • πŸ’° Change seat status: For individuals to participate in engagement surveys, their seat must be billed in 15Five. Active users automatically fill billable seats. If an individual is not an active user, you can mark them as using a billed seat so they're eligible to participate in engagement surveys.

    • ❌ Deactivate: This option allows you to deactivate accounts of people who are no longer part of your organization or no longer using 15Five. Deactivating an individual removes them from future billing and removes their access to 15Five.

The Pending invitations section contains employees who have been added to 15Five and have either received an invite email or are queued to receive an invite email on their start date.

Here, you can achieve the following tasks:

    • βœ‰οΈ Resend or reset invitations: Use these options to either 1) resend an invitation to a person who has already received one or 2) reset the clock (i.e. the "Expires in" day count) on how long they have to accept their initial invitation. If the "Expires in" day count runs out for a person, they'll move to the "Expired invitations" section.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) ❓

What happens when someone is granted access to 15Five through Single Sign-On (SSO)?

If your company uses SSO to access 15Five, the following logic applies:

  • When an individual is granted permission to 15Five in your organization's Identity Provider (IdP), they are added to the to the "Created" section in the "Inactive" tab.
  • A person does not need an invite email to log into 15Five if they've already been granted access to 15Five in your IdP. They can log in by following the SSO steps in our "Sign in to 15Five" Help Center article.
  • After a person logs into 15Five via SSO the first time, they will be moved to the "Active" tab.
