Admins can enable or disable the Feedback feature and control HR Admin access to feedback data from the Features settings page. Changes take effect immediately for all users.
Before You Begin
- You must be an Account Admin to access feature settings.
- Feedback is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Click the Settings gear icon in the bottom-left corner of 15Five.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Click Feedback.
- Toggle Enable/Disable Feedback to enable or disable the Feedback feature company-wide.
> Warning: If you disable Feedback, the Feedback tab is removed from the main navigation for all users immediately. Employees lose access to all previous feedback. Feedback data is retained on the backend and restored if you re-enable the feature.
- Toggle HR Admin Access to allow or restrict HR Admins from viewing and downloading all real-time and historical feedback requests and responses across the organization.
- Click Save.
Confirmation: The settings page reloads and your updated selections are displayed. If a toggle does not reflect your change after saving, refresh the page and repeat the step.
If Something Goes Wrong
