Admins can download Career Hub reports from the Insights Dashboard. When complete, the file downloads as a .csv to your default downloads folder, or is sent to your email if the dataset is large.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to Career Hub. Contact your account admin if Career Hub does not appear in your navigation.
- Only Account Admins can download Career Hub reports.
- Career Hub is available on the Perform and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Click Insights Dashboard in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Reports tab.
- Click Explore in the Career Hub block.
- Click the name of the report you want to download.
- Confirm the download has started in your browser's download bar or inbox.
> Note: If the report contains a large amount of data, 15Five will send the file to your email address instead of downloading immediately.
If Something Goes Wrong
