Acknowledge a Performance Improvement Plan

Acknowledge a PIP to confirm you have reviewed the plan's expectations, actions, and timeline. Your acknowledgment is timestamped and recorded for compliance.

Steps

  1. Go to Growth Studio > My Plans.
  1. Click the PIP to open it.
  1. Review all sections: Reason, Context, Expectations, Actions, Support, Timeline.
  1. Click Acknowledge.

Confirmation: Your acknowledgment is timestamped and recorded in the plan's Audit log.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
No PIP appears in My Plans Confirm the PIP start date has passed Contact your HR admin to verify the plan's start date
Acknowledge button is not visible Confirm you have not already acknowledged the plan Check the Audit log for an existing acknowledgment record
Sections appear incomplete Confirm HR has finalized all sections Contact your HR admin to verify the plan is fully configured
