Configure PIP templates to standardize plan structure across your organization. Templates define sections, content, and visibility defaults that HR admins apply when drafting a PIP.
Steps
Create a template
- Go to Growth Studio > Plans > Templates.
- Select Performance Improvement Plans.
- Click Create template.
- Add sections with titles and content (expectations, milestones, success criteria).
- Set Visibility for each section: employee-visible or HR/admin only.
- Reorder sections using drag and drop.
- Click Save.
Confirmation: The template appears in the Performance Improvement Plans template list.
Edit or delete a template
- Go to Growth Studio > Plans > Templates.
- Select Performance Improvement Plans.
- Click an existing template to edit, or delete sections no longer needed.
If Something Goes Wrong
