Use this article to respond to a feedback request inside 15Five. After you submit, the requester receives a notification and the request is removed from your Pending requests list.
Before You Begin
- You must have access to the Feedback tab. If you do not see it, contact your admin.
- This workflow requires the 15Five web app. To respond via Slack, see .
Steps
- Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
- Locate the request in the Pending requests section on the right side of the page.
- Click the requester's name to open the feedback form.
- Enter your feedback in the form.

- Click Send feedback.
After submission, the request disappears from your Pending requests list. The requester receives a notification confirming you responded.
If Something Goes Wrong
| Issue | Check | Fix |

| Request does not appear in Pending requests | The request link may have been opened directly — check whether it was accessed via email or notification link | Navigate to Feedback > Pending requests and look for the request by requester name |
| Request link opens an error or expired message | The 14-day response window has passed | The request cannot be reopened; to share feedback anyway, see Share feedback with a colleague |
| Send feedback button is not active | The feedback field may be empty | Enter text in the feedback field before clicking Send feedback |
| Feedback tab is not visible in navigation | Your account may not have Feedback access enabled | Contact your admin to confirm Feedback is enabled for your role |
