Use the Feedback feature to ask a colleague to share their perspective on a specific topic, project, or presentation. When the request is sent, the recipient receives a notification and can respond directly in 15Five.
Before You Begin
- The Feedback feature must be enabled for your account. It is available on the Perform, Legacy Focus, and Total Platform pricing packages.
Steps
- Go to Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
- Click Request feedback in the top-right corner.
- In the Request Feedback dialog, select one or more people to request feedback from.
- In the What would you like feedback about? field, describe your topic.
- To let your manager see the response, check Share feedback with your manager.
- If you skip this step, your manager has no visibility into the feedback. You can share it with them later after receiving a response. See Share a feedback request with your manager.
- Click Send request.
What You Should See
After clicking Send request, the dialog closes and the request appears in your Feedback list with a status of pending. Recipients receive an in-app notification. If they have email or Slack notifications enabled for When I receive a feedback request, they also receive those.
If you selected Share feedback with your manager, your manager receives an in-app notification and an email or Slack notification if they have When my direct report shares a feedback request with me enabled.
If Something Goes Wrong
