Respond to a feedback request in 15Five

Use this article to respond to a feedback request inside 15Five. After you submit, the requester receives a notification and the request is removed from your Pending requests list.

Before You Begin

  • You must have access to the Feedback tab. If you do not see it, contact your admin.
  • This workflow requires the 15Five web app. To respond via Slack, see .

Steps

  1. Click Feedback in the left-hand navigation.
  2. Locate the request in the Pending requests section on the right side of the page.
  3. Click the requester's name to open the feedback form.
  4. Enter your feedback in the form.

  1. Click Send feedback.

After submission, the request disappears from your Pending requests list. The requester receives a notification confirming you responded.

If Something Goes Wrong

Issue Check Fix
Request does not appear in Pending requests The request link may have been opened directly — check whether it was accessed via email or notification link Navigate to Feedback > Pending requests and look for the request by requester name
Request link opens an error or expired message The 14-day response window has passed The request cannot be reopened; to share feedback anyway, see Share feedback with a colleague
Send feedback button is not active The feedback field may be empty Enter text in the feedback field before clicking Send feedback
Feedback tab is not visible in navigation Your account may not have Feedback access enabled Contact your admin to confirm Feedback is enabled for your role
