By default, 15Five applies the Agreement scale (Strongly Disagree → Strongly Agree) to all opinion-scale questions. You can change the default to any custom answer template you have already created.
Before You Begin
- You must have an existing custom answer template. If you have not created one yet, see Create a custom answer template for performance reviews.
- You need Review Admin access with Template Configuration enabled.
Steps
Set the default during template creation
- On the answer template creation page, check the box next to Make this my default answer template, located below the template name field.
- Click Create answer template to save.
Set the default on an existing template
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the Template configuration tab.
- Scroll down to the Answer templates section.
- Click ... to the right of the template you want to make the default.
- Select Edit from the dropdown menu.
- Check the box next to Make this my default answer template.
- Scroll to the bottom of the page and click Save answer template.
If Something Goes Wrong
