Link your 15Five account to Google so you can sign in using your Google credentials. When complete, Sign in with Google displays as Connected under your Security tab.
Important: Google sign-in is not available if your organization uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to access 15Five. If SSO is enabled, the Sign in with Google option appears as unavailable and cannot be configured.
Before You Begin
- You must have a Google account using the same email address associated with your 15Five account, or access to the Google account you want to link.
Steps
- Click the gear icon in the top-right corner of 15Five.
- Select My Settings from the dropdown.
- Click the Security tab at the top of the page.
- Click Setup to the right of Sign in with Google.
- On the Google sign-in screen, select the email address associated with your 15Five account.
- If that address is not listed, click Use another account and authenticate the correct email address.
- Complete Google's authentication steps.
Sign in with Google now displays as Connected under the Security tab.
