Admins and users with visibility permissions can view published external performance review data from the Import external outcomes data page in Feature Settings or from the Reviews dashboard. When complete, the participant's external review cycle results are open and readable in 15Five.
Note: Your organization may have renamed this feature. If you don't see Best-Self Review in your navigation, check with your admin for the name used in your account.
Before You Begin
- External performance data must be imported and published before it is visible. See Import external performance data for instructions.
- You must have access to Feature Settings or be granted review visibility by your admin.
- Visibility of imported reviews depends on your organization's visibility settings. See for details.
Steps
View from Feature Settings
- Click the gear icon in the bottom-left corner of your 15Five account.
- Select Features from the dropdown menu.
- Open the Import external data section.
- Click ... next to your import.
- Select View details from the dropdown menu.
- Click Reviews in the left-hand navigation.
- Click the name of the imported review cycle under Ended review cycles from external sources.

- Click the name of the imported review cycle under Ended review cycles from external sources.
